MEL

Mari mEmbaca Lagi (MEL) is a product from the research conducted in the IRPA grant 04-02-02-0008. This grant was given by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (MOSTE) or now called the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). The MEL package was designed based on the Holistic Learning Strategies and domain generic development of children. MEL is also taking into account the holistic development of children, specifically for the 2-8 years old children, to focus on the social, cognitive, affective (emotional), physical (psychomotor) of children as well as encouraging their creativity and innovation. MEL has 30 CDs, 30 books of stories and a handbook which contains 30 sample lesson plans. This project has involved at least three senior professors from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
