This research is problem-solving oriented that aims to propose a knowledge-based model in the form of “ontology-based AI framework”. The proposed model is the result of ontology engineering approach by capturing key knowledge from existing AI technologies and represent them as an ontology-based knowledge model. The model will be introduced in a new system architecture for Smart Kitchen solution. The model and system architecture can be used to implement cloud-based or on-premise solution for smart kitchen environment.
